The ladies of Nambour Golf Club have just completed their matchplay pennants for 2022. The format was completely different than inprevious years plus we used the international index for the first time.
The team consisted of Jenny Huggard, Helen Russ, Maxine Gilbert, Bev Maddison, Gail Campling & Wendy Brown. We had a few different caddies over the five rounds & we are grateful to all of them for giving up their time. Judy Spanner, Del Scott, Scott Sommerville, Brenton Sly, Greg Mullins & Dennis Kwong.
Our toughest game was playing Cooroy on their home turf. The other matches were played at Mt Coolum, Noosa, Nambour & Peregian.
We congratulate Cooroy as the eventual winners with Nambour equal second with Peregian.
