Welcome Vicki!

Stepping into the void left when Danielle leaves

Welcome to Vicki Maddox who has joined our administration team. Vicki takes on the job of filling some pretty shoes, when Danielle takes time off to be a mummy!

Vicki comes highly credentialled, with an extensive background in business and club management. Filling the role of Finance Officer for the Sunshine Beach Surf Life Saving Club and Supporters Club for the last 15 months has allowed her to further develop her skills in club operations, budgeting and implementing office skills and procedures.

Previous to this, five years as the finance manager for three Forty Winks stores in Brisbane and on the coast really laid excellent foundations in financial management and business operations.

Vicki's role here as the Office Administration Manager will certainly call on all these previous skills, and benefit our club operations no end. Finanacial management, accounting and public relations roles and procedures will come easy to Vicki, but there will be a steeper learning curve as she becomes more familiar with PowerGolf operations. She already has some valuable ideas for streamlining our office procedures and workloads. Having worked in the past with our auditors will also give us an advantage.

Family and community commitments will have to fit into her busy schedule. Her husband works in the hospitality industry, one daughter is at University studying while her other daughter is still at school.

Netball is a major pastime for Vicki - treasurer for Coolum-Noosa Association, coach of the Ausmar Tigers, and playing for the Snapdragons. Sounds like a full life to me!
