Veterans, Championships are finalised for 2010. Who are this year's champs??

 

16 August: The best three rounds out of four played over the last few months have decided the Vet Champions for this year.

Divsion 1 was won by Ray Stephenson (230) pictured, left on a countback from Arthur Egan, right.

Division 2 winner Peter Gilfoyle on 260 won by one shot from Roy Lipscombe.

Nett winners were Danny Munster (Division 1) with a three round score of 192, while Division 2 winner on 185 was Kelvin Bazley.

Lunch

Whenever we have a host day at home or a shotgun start, David, our caterer, will put on a lunch for members and visitors. This is excellent value for money and members have shown strong support for this initiative.

Goodbye Bradmans

Your committee has decided to drop the awarding of a Bradmans in our weekly competition.

Vets email addresses.

If you are not getting email notices relating to the Vets, it means that Bob Exton does not have your email address. If you wish to receive these emails, contact Bob can be contacted via the club email address so that you can be added to the list. The Vets email list is used to notify members of cancellations, last minute notices and reminders of forthcoming events.
